What data I process and why
Browsing. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which records the IP address, browser and time of each request in its technical logs, to run the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for the period set by Cloudflare. Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards in Cloudflare’s terms (standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Visit statistics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that counts visits in aggregate, without identifying visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Email. The “Email me” button opens your email program. If you write to me, I use your address and what you tell me only to reply and, if we start working together, to manage that work. Legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Contact card. The “Save my contact” file is downloaded to your device and sends no data to me.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling or third-party cookies, so it shows no banner.
How long
Emails are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any legal obligations that follow.
Who sees the data
Only me and the providers that help me run the site, appointed as data processors: Cloudflare for hosting and analytics, and my email provider. I never sell or share data.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). I make no automated decisions about you.
